Purpose

We are members of the American Legion and its' entities, who Ride Motorcycles and who are also motorcycle enthusiasts. The ALR can be found participating in community services and other ceremonies like parades, partaking in motorcycling events, promoting motorcycle safety programs and to provide, a social atmosphere for American Legion members who share the same interest in supporting the communities in which we live, we work, and we play. Members of the ALR come from the Legion, the Legion Auxiliary, and the Sons of the American Legion. The American Legion Riders were formed, to keep with the Aims and Purposes of the American Legion.
